Juniper berry & Maté

The juniper bush grows primarily in Europe and its berries are harvested by hand. Sparkling and fruity, they release woody, aromatic and dry notes. The herbaceous note of maté with hints of tea, hay and facets of tobacco, adds to the green and aromatic character of Irish Leather.
